Home-Mom's Cloth Diapering Event
I've got to tell you I was super excited to receive my Rockin' Green Soap in the mail. Since I am so new to cloth diapers the new and improved modern way there are so many things I still want to try out and Rockin' Green was really high on the list. We have been going really smoothly with the cloth for 3 months without any problems then this rash showed up. I tried everything and suspected my soap to be the cause. I've been making my laundry soap since March and really love it but am afraid my cloth diapers do not. In asking about cloth friendly laundry soaps Rockin' Green was mentioned almost all of the time. I was so thrilled to receive 3 samples of the Rage against the Raspberry from Kim at Rockin' Green, that's enough to do 6 loads of cloth diapers.

Rockin’ Green LLC was born out of necessity. My kid’s have incredibly sensitive skin and they broke out with just about everything store bought. Eventually I started buying WAHM soaps and lotions and saw an immediate improvement in their skin. On top of my kid’s skin sensitivities, I also found it extremely difficult to get my diapers clean with hard water. We either ended up with stinkies or buildup problems. So I set out to find a better way, and Rockin' Green was born.
There are 3 formula types:
Soft Rock - designed for those that have sensitive little ones or soft water and is unscented.
Classic Rock - the original formula. great for those with moderate hard water, or just those battling with stinkies. Comes in unscented and scented varieties.
Hard Rock - designed for the most troubling of water types. Comes in both unscented and scented.

What I love:
I have such a soft spot for great marketing campaigns. The whole rock theme is awesome to me. Whats not to like about FREE Shipping? Also. I love how informative this company is. My husband Mr. Dreamy of course wanted to know all about the ingredients. Their website's FAQ page clearly states everything I needed to know and I love how all the directions are clearly stated on the actual packaging. We do not have hot water in our laundry room. So I filled up our bathtub with hot water and did my soak then hauled it all to the wash room. I love all the scent names, Barenaked Babies, The Green Teas, Smashing Watermelons... for more visit here. On scent names alone I love this company! My diapers were beginning to have a real ammonia stench about them, not out of the wash but as soon as they'd get wet with pee they'd smell horrible.
... and Not so much:
I just was expecting to be blown away with the scents. I received 3 samples of Rage against the raspberry (just because of the name), it's also one of the best sellers. I really stuck my nose in the packet to smell and really didn't get much back. I guess I just had this mental picture of me smelling my diapers once they came out and just breathing in some yummy sent. Could it be because I don't have hot water in the wash? Hmmm...did that affect the results? No, the soap did all it said it would.
